ECHO Microwave's substrate multiplexers combine multiple filter networks into a single integrated assembly, enabling multi-band frequency channelization and signal routing through one compact module. Suspended Substrate Stripline construction provides the wideband performance, high channel isolation, and low per-channel insertion loss needed to support complex multi-frequency architectures from 1 GHz to 50 GHz. These multiplexers simplify RF front-end design by replacing multiple discrete filters and external combining networks with a single precision-engineered component. Thin Film multiplexer configurations are available from 6 GHz to 40 GHz, offering excellent production repeatability and reduced footprint for board-integrated solutions. Typical deployments include multi-band satellite transponders, wideband electronic warfare suites, radar frequency-agile systems, and aerospace communication payloads. Each multiplexer is custom-designed to meet specific channel plans, isolation requirements, and mechanical interface specifications.
