LOW PIM COMPONENTS

Terminations, or output loads which are manufactured by ECHO Microwave are matched to 50 ohms characteristic impedance. Matched loads provide a termination designed to absorb all of the incident power with very little reflection, effectively terminating the line or port at its characteristic impedance. Terminations are used in a wide variety of measurement systems; any port of a multi-port microwave device that is not involved in the measurement should be terminated at its characteristic impedance, in order to ensure an accurate measurement. Terminations are also used in devices such as directional couplers and isolators. High power versions are used in transmitter applications as dummy loads

LOW PIM TERMINATIONS AND CABLE ASSEMBLIES

ECHO Microwave offers Low PIM Terminations for the medium power, 100W and it has Low PIM as low as 165dBc. Our terminations have two connectors in one body and you have the same performance at both ports.We also provide Low PIM Cable assemblies operating from DC to 3GHz and it has a good passive intermodulation(- 165dBc min @2x43dBm). The application for these cable assemblies is for PIMD measurement and the cable type is 3/8” Supper-Flex. N(Male) to 7/16 DIN(Male) and N(Male) to N(Male) are available.
